Jeff Lovitt is a leader in participatory democracy and non-profit management. Working with the Council of Europe, UN, European Commission and USAID, he has strengthened independent media and transformed citizen participation in policymaking. He raised more than €2M in funds for policy dialogue projects, ran ground-breaking projects to secure visa-free travel for EU’s eastern and southern neighbours, and secured average digital audience growth rate of 151% for independent media in Central Europe.
